• Early arrival:
  10.00-14.00: 25% of the room rate of the 1st night of the booked stay
  Late check-out:
  10.00-12.00 h: free of charge
  12.00-18.00: 50% of the current room rate of the night of departure (next night)
  Prices do not include board.

• Meals:
• The unit price for meals (buffet breakfast and dinner) is 11 800 HUF/adult/night, 5 900 HUF/4-12 years old children/night, this amount is already included in the price.

• Discount for children:
  • For children aged 0-4 years, accommodation and meals in the parents' room with an extra bed or baby cot are free of charge.
  • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the main bed price when sharing room with parents
  • Children over 12 years pay adult price.
• Please provide proof of entitlement to the discount in all cases!

• Claim your HH Individual Frequent Traveller Card, which can save you 10% on future bookings in the form of a points credit.
  Please note that in the context of special promotions, the crediting of points for the loyalty card and the application of point redemption are sometimes excluded, so certain offers cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts!
• Towels in the rooms are for use in the hotel only. Please provide your own towels for use of the spa! Thank you for your understanding!
• The offer:

In the remittance advice, please indicate the name and billing address (address) of the person making the reservation. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please also indicate the company's tax number.

• The remaining balance is payable on arrival at reception in cash, by SZÉP or credit card.
• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions apply according to the selected discount/payment method or promotion code.

• Except during peak and holiday periods, cancellations may be made free of charge until 14:00 on the 7th day before arrival.
• Cancellation free of charge: 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show after this date, the penalty is 30% of the booked service. In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a cancellation vis major, the amount paid can be used within 365 days.
