Herceg Novi is located at the westernmost point of Montenegro, only 10 kilometers from the Croatian border, it's a small town with a Mediterranean atmosphere, with nature that makes it unique. On the north it is bordered by the peaks of mountain Orjen, 1600-1800 meters high, and to the south by the Bay of Kotor. Herceg Novi has a population of about 30 000, in the center of which is the famous old town with typical old narrow streets, a town square with beautiful cafes and restaurants and a clock tower from 1667. From the old town you can easily reach the popular Kanli Fortress and the city port.

Although life does not stop even in winter, from spring to autumn life on the promenade by the sea is more intense. The climate is mild and has about 200 sunny days a year. Next to the city center is a neighborhood of Igalo, a thermal health resort with an international reputation. Within an hour by car you can reach the city of Kotor, which is part of the World Heritage Site, as well as Tivat and Porto Montenegro, Budva, which is very popular among tourists, and Sveti Stefan, one of the most exclusive tourist destinations on the Montenegrin coast. On the other side is the city of Dubrovnik, which is also part of the World Heritage Site.

The 400-meter-long Hunguest Sun Resort *** complex located right next to the promenade, on the seashore. A total of five hotel buildings and twenty apartment houses are located among dense Mediterranean vegetation, palm trees and oleanders. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a private bathroom with a hairdryer, and most rooms offer a beautiful panorama of the Herceg Novi Bay. Guests have their own beach, swimming pools for adults and children, and a wellness center with saunas and a massage room at their disposal.

The hotel complex has two restaurants and a beach bar. The hotel is also suitable for organizing meetings, conferences and seminars thanks to its large, modernly equipped conference room.
