On the ground floor of the Primorka building there is an "oasis" that serves as refreshment for guests. The wellness center is located in a covered area with traditional and infrared sauna, massage rooms and is directly connected to the outdoor pool (the pools are open from May to October), the wellness center can be used by all guests staying in the hotel complex.

The complex also gives an opportunity for playing table tennis.
