• The local tax is 650 HUF (cca. 1.8 EUR)/person/night that the rates do not include, and should be paid on spot.
• Parking: parking is available in the hotel's parking lot, closed by a barrier and monitored by a camera, on a first-come, first-served basis, at a fee of 2000 HUF/ car / night. (150 cars)

• Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. We can provide a package room for earlier arrivals or later departures, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

• Meals - the price of the meals (buffet breakfast and dinner) included in the above special offer

• Our hotel consists of two parts, the modern Hotel Eger and the baroque Park Hotel. In the modern Hotel Eger we have a reception, a welness area, a children's corner and a Piano Drink Bar. The baroque-style Park Hotel is accessible via an internal and closed corridor. In this part of the building you will find our Restaurant, our Winter Garden and our Chestnut Terrace which is open in summer.
• A limited number of rooms are available, subject to availability, by prior arrangement and reservation.
• Discounts for children*:
  • 0-4 years: free board and lodging in parents' room with extra bed or cot
  • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the price for adult guests sharing room with parents
  • Children over 12 years pay adult price.
    * If you wish to bring a child, you must book at least the Comfort room. Our Standard rooms are not suitable for baby cots, 3 or more persons!

• Claim your Hunguest Hotels Individual Frequent Guest Card, which can save you 10% on future bookings in the form of a points credit.
• Please note that in the context of special promotions, the crediting of points for the loyalty card and the application of point redemption are sometimes excluded, so certain offers cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts!
• Pets. Please make sure to inform us of your pet's arrival when booking. The pet surcharge is HUF 6.500 per night, regardless of size.

• The deposit required upon booking is 30% of the total amount 7 calendar days after booking.
• The remaining amount is payable at the reception upon arrival in cash, SZÉP, or by bank card.

• Please include your billing address in the transfer message.
• Please include your name and billing address (home address) in the transfer note. Without this information, we cannot record the amount received for the reservation.
• If you request an invoice in the name of a company, please also provide the company's tax number, the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued to the same name and address (in the case of SZÉP card payment, we cannot issue an invoice in the name of a company).
• The advance invoice will be sent electronically to the provided e-mail address without a separate request, otherwise it will be handed over to our guests on site at the latest upon arrival.
• The remaining amount will have to be paid on site upon arrival. In the case of advance payment, please indicate the guest's name and address!
• In case of payment with SZÉP card, please make the transfer on the following page (only payment can be made from the card in the name of the guest staying at the hotel)

OTP: Please indicate the Hotel Eger&Park hotel at the service provider (www.otpszepkartya.hu), and then send us the electronic receipt along with a postal address after the transfer.

MBH: Please prepare your SZÉP card and send us the card identification number, the cardholder's name and billing address by e-mail. We will then request the identification from the bank and with this, the cardholder will approve the transaction via the online interface.

K&H: Please make the transaction on the K&H beauty card interface, for which you must provide the following acceptance point identifier:

• In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected discount / payment method or promotional code apply.
• If the order is
• Order with 100% online payment - non-cancellable, or
• Order with 50% online payment - non-cancellable, then the modification or cancellation of the booked accommodation is subject to a penalty.
• The penalty rate is 30% or 50% or 100% from the moment of booking, depending on the selected offer, which is equal to the amount of the advance payment.
• You can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 7 days, the full amount of the advance payment paid to guarantee the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
