In our hotel’s enclosed parking lot, the use of the parking area is only possible after check-in at the hotel, using the magnetic card. We kindly remind our dear guests that exit from the barriered parking is only possible if the parking ticket received from the machine upon arrival is validated at the hotel reception. You have 30 minutes to settle your bill and leave the parking lot. There is also a bus parking area on the Csákány Street side of the hotel.

Hotel Fire Safety Regulations
Guests arriving by car may only park their vehicles in the designated parking area. Parking is prohibited in front of the main entrance, as it may obstruct rescue operations, as this area is designated for fire truck access.
In the hotel rooms and associated common areas, all activities that may cause fire or explosion are strictly prohibited. The introduction and use of pyrotechnic materials, flammable liquids, gas cylinders, or any equipment and devices that operate with them are forbidden inside the hotel building and rooms.
Smoking is prohibited in the elevator, corridor, stairwell, attic access areas, and in the rooms.
It is forbidden to place or discard burning tobacco products, matches, or items that could cause a fire or explosion, and to empty ashtrays containing smoldering tobacco products into waste bins.
The use of coffee makers, hot plates, irons, space heaters, and other heat-producing devices in rooms, associated areas, and on balconies is prohibited.
Electrical devices (such as television and radio) should be turned off when not in use. Other appliances, such as hair curlers, electric razors, and hairdryers, should be unplugged when not in use.
It is prohibited to place flammable decorative items on light fixtures in rooms and associated areas, as well as on balconies (e.g., using candles during holidays).
During the heating season, it is forbidden to place flammable materials, sprays, nail polish, etc., on radiators.
Fire Alarm
If you detect a fire, an accident, or an immediate danger, you must report it to the reception from your room phone by dialing extension 9 or in person. Even after a fire has been extinguis hed, it must be reported immediately. The reception will alert the hotel guests by activating the fire alarm siren and verbally informing them.
Evacuating the Building in Case of Fire
In case of fire, the building should be evacuated using the shortest route, primarily through the hallways on each floor, via the stairwell and the main entrance in front of the reception.
The evacuation route information is provided on the internal side of the room doors in pictogram format.
During a fire, the use of elevators is strictly prohibited, as they will be de-energized.
