According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. The decree applies to consumer packaging for beverages made of metal, plastic, and glass with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 3 liters. The amount of the tourist tax: from 01.01.2025 is 700 HUF/person/night (for all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.
Parking: important information: the parking lot gate can be opened only with the magnetic card received at check-in, so please arrive first at the main entrance of the hotel, check-in at the reception and enter the parking lot on Damjanich Street with the received room card. The fee is 2 000 HUF / car / night.

Should you order hotel services without paying an advance, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered upon arrival at the latest.
During non-special periods 30% prepayment is required within 5 days of making the reservation.

Before the transfer, please enter the billing name and address by e-mail by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu on which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. The hotel prefers to issue a paperless electronic invoice, so if you agree to this, please provide your e-mail address to which the hotel can send the invoice.

Fizetési és lemondási feltételek

The penalty-free cancellation deadline in non-special periods is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the fee to be paid is 30% of the ordered service, but at least the price of 1 night's room in the confirmation.
In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected discount, payment method or promotional code apply.
