Tuesday: Snowshoe tour to the ibex

Guided snowshoe tour and wildlife watching in the Hohe Tauern National Park

Guided snowshoe trekking with wildlife watching in Heiligenblut/Großglockner.
To be able to watch wildlife you need to know about their way of life. On our hike - wearing snowshoes - we are accompanied by Nationalpark Ranger. In the unique winter landscape we follow the animal tracks of wild animals such as chamois and mountain hares in their habitat.

Wednesday: Look behind the scenes in the Grossglockner / Heiligenblut ski area

Much of our work remains hidden from the skier. We'll let you look behind the curtain and show you fascinating technology and share our knowledge of how we can transform yesterday's snow into the perfect slope of tomorrow and what else you can do in secret.

Friday: The courage to go vertical – dare to take a chance in safety

Your first guided attempts at ice climbing in the floodlit ice climbing garden with the mountain guides of Heiligenblut

There can be no doubt that ice climbing is one of those disciplines that seem to transcend boundaries. It takes courage simply to watch as people move across waterfalls frozen into ice, relying only on themselves and a perfectly mastered technique. The ice climbing garden in Heiligenblut offers an opportunity of experiencing that magic feeling of vertical freedom yourself, under instruction and safely secured.
