In the remittance advice, please indicate the name and billing address (address) of the person making the reservation. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please also include the company's tax number.

• The balance is payable on arrival at reception in cash, by SZÉP or credit card.
• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the selected discount/payment method or promotional code.

• Free cancellation: 3 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is 30% of the service ordered. In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a cancellation vis major, the amount paid can be used within 365 days.
