  Late check-out:
  10.00-12.00 h: free of charge
  12.00-18.00: 50% of the current room rate of the night of departure (next night)

• Children discount:
  • For children aged 0-4 years, accommodation and meals in the parents' room with an extra bed or baby cot are free of charge.
  • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the main bed price when sharing room with parents
  • Children over 12 years pay adult price.

• The remaining balance is payable on arrival at reception in cash, by SZÉP or credit card.
• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions apply according to the selected discount/payment method or promotion code.

• Except during peak and holiday periods, cancellations may be made free of charge up to 14:00 on the 7th day before arrival.
• Cancellation free of charge: 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show after this date, the penalty is 50% of the booked service. In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a cancellation vis major, the amount paid can be used within 365 days.
