In the infrared sauna, at a temperature of up to 40 °C, infrared rays penetrate beneath the skin's surface, where they loosen the slag and toxins that are released from the body through sweat. Infrared saunas are excellent for detoxification, weight loss, pain relief, skin cleansing and immune boosting.

In our fitness room, equipped with cardio machines, you can burn those excess calories on a professional Technogym back support bike and treadmill. Our weight machines are also high quality, with multiple settings to make your workout easier.

Check-out time, but the family doesn't want to go yet, the kids still want to swim? At the Aquarell, you can continue your active relaxation on the day of your trip, leaving your room. Enjoy the pools, saunas, steam room and fitness room of our Wellness Centre until closing time.
