	In accordance with current legislation, you can use the services of our hotel without an immunity card. Any changes in the applicable legislation may be subject to automatic changes. From 1 September 2021, in accordance with current legislation, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. The accepted documents for Hungarian citizens are: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. 	Meals: the meals included in the above special offer are buffet breakfast and dinner (excluding drinks).
	Our hotel consists of two parts, the modern Hotel Eger and the baroque Park Hotel. In the modern Hotel Eger we have our Reception, Wellness area, Children's corner and Piano Drink Bar. The baroque-style Park Hotel is accessible via an internal and closed corridor. In this part of the building you will find our Restaurant, our Winter Garden and our Chestnut Terrace which is open in summer. A limited number of rooms are available, subject to availability, by prior arrangement and reservation. Discounts for children*: 0-4 years: free board and lodging in parents' room with extra bed or cot 4-12 years: 50% discount on the price for adult guests sharing room with parents Children over 12 years pay adult price. * If you wish to bring a child, you must book at least the Comfort room. Our Standard rooms are not suitable for baby cots, 3 or more persons!
	Claim your HH Individual Frequent Traveller Card, which can save you 10% on future bookings. Please note that within the framework of special promotions, points credited to the loyalty card and the use of point redemption are sometimes excluded, so certain offers cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts! Payment terms

The hotel reserves the right to request an advance payment and to apply different cancellation conditions before using the hotel service. If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled and you will be notified by e-mail. We accept SZÉP cards. Our bank details are as follows: Account Manager Bank. If the reservation is cancelled during the penalty-free cancellation period, the deposit paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be credited as a penalty and the amount will not be refunded. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
