    check-in is at the reception of the Hunguest Hotel Apollo, so please park in the Apollo's private car park.

    Between 19:00 and 07:00
    check-in is at the reception of the Hunguest Béke, so you are welcome to park in front of the main entrance of the Béke during your arrival. After receiving your key card, please move to the Hunguest Hotel Apollo car park.

  • Rooms can be reserved from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days.
  • Reception(check-in, arrival, key card collection, billing, check-out, information) is available between 07:00-19:00 at the reception of Hunguest Hotel Apollo, between 19:00-07:00 at the reception of Hunguest Béke (4200 Hajdúszoboszló, Mátyás király sétány 10.)

    Before sending the transfer by e-mail, please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@hotelapollo.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be sent.
    The hotel prefers to issue paperless electronic invoices, so if you agree to this, please provide the e-mail address to which the invoice can be sent by the hotel.
  • The remaining balance is payable on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the bill payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card).

  • Cancellation free of charge 30 days before arrival, and 50% of the ordered service in case of cancellation after that date or no-show.
  • In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the selected discount, payment method or promotional code.
