	From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. Parking: please notethat the parking lot is only accessible with the magnetic card you have received at check-in, so please arrive at the main entrance of the hotel, check in at the reception and park in the parking lot on Damjanich Street with the room card you have received. The charge is HUF 2 000 / car / night. As every year, during the period between 01.07.2025 and 31.08.2025, the Mátyás König promenade in Hajdúszoboszló will be closed to motor traffic, and between 18:00 and midnight every day of the week, for the evening comfort of the holiday guests, it will not be possible to drive into the one-way street. During the evening hours, access to the hotel is via the closed car park entrance on Damjanich Street.
	Rooms can be booked from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. Please note that early arrival and late departure are subject to availability, so please check with the hotel reception or click here for availability.
	Children discounts, prices: Up to the age of 4 years, accommodation and board in parents' room on extra bed, cot, baby cot free of charge. Between 4 and 12 years, 50% of the adult price for parents sharing room with parents, on extra bed.

Payment and cancellation conditions

For New Year's Eve period, please confirm your order with the total booking value of 100% by 01.10.2025 at the latest. Our bank account number is (IBAN HU67) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0036 (Swift: GIBAHUHB). Before sending the transfer by e-mail, please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by clicking on thefollowing e-mail address: rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be sent. After receipt of the advance payment, the invoice will be sent by post.

The cancellation deadline for the New Year's Eve period is 60 days prior to arrival, after which the penalty for cancellation or non-arrival will be the full amount of the service ordered. In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.
