• Parking:important information: the parking gate can be opened only with the magnetic card you have received at check-in, so please arrive at the main entrance of the hotel, check in at the reception and park in the parking lot on Damjanich Street with the room card you have received. The charge is HUF 2 000 / car / night.

• As every year, during the period between 07.01. and 31.08., the traffic on the Mátyás király promenade in Hajdúszoboszló is restricted, and between 18:00 and midnight every day of the week, for the convenience of the holiday guests, it is not possible to drive into the one-way street in the evening. During the evening hours, access to the hotel is via the closed car park entrance on Damjanich Street .
• Please note that our hotel's kitchen is not exclusively gluten-free, so cross-contamination may occur during the preparation of food, despite our best efforts. Please plan your trip with this in mind! You will find allergen labelling on our buffet menu items, but if you cannot find a suitable one, please let the restaurant manager know and he will arrange a suitable meal.

• Rooms can be booked from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure.

• Cancellation Policy- Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 15.11.2026. Any booking made after this date will not be cancelled without penalty. In the event of non-arrival, the penalty will be the full amount of the service ordered.
