  • Pursuant to Government Decree450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item.   • Tourist tax: 700 HUF/person/night in 2025 (for all guests over 18 years).
  • Parking: please notethat the parking lot is only accessible with the magnetic card you have received at check-in, so please arrive at the main entrance of the hotel, check in at the reception and park in the parking lot on Damjanich Street with the room card you have received. The charge is HUF 2 000 / car / night.
  • As every year, during the period between 01.07.2025 and 31.08.2025, the Mátyás König promenade in Hajdúszoboszló will be closed to motor traffic, and between 18:00 and midnight every day of the week, for the evening comfort of the holiday guests, it will not be possible to drive into the one-way street. During the evening hours, access to the hotel is via the closed car park entrance on Damjanich Street.

  • Rooms can be booked from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Fizetési módok
  • Please confirm your order with a 30% deposit within 5 days of booking.
  • Our bank account number is Erste Bank (IBAN HU67) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0036 (Swift: GIBAHUHB).
    Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail before transferring the money to rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu, where the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued.
    The hotel prefers to issue paperless electronic invoices, so if you agree to this, please provide the e-mail address to which the invoice can be sent by the hotel.
  • The remaining balance can be paid on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the bill payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card).

  • The cancellation deadline is the 7th day before arrival without penalty, after this date the cancellation or non-arrival fee is 30% of the ordered service.
