Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport.   • According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item.   • The tourist tax rate is 450 HUF/person/night over 18 years, which is not included in the room rates and is payable on the spot.
  • Parking: 8 spaces, closed (not guarded) parking, 2.000 HUF/car/night Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
  • Pets: not allowed
  • Prices are subject to change depending on availability.
Check-in, check-out
  • Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure.
  • The hotel offers early arrival and late departure subject to availability (subject to prior arrangement the day before arrival).
  • Early arrival:
    10.00-14.00: 25% of the room rate of the 1st night of the booked stay
  • Late check-out:
    10.00-12.00 h: free of charge
    12.00-18.00: 50% of the current room rate of the night of departure (next night)
    Prices do not include board.

  • Children's discount:
    • For children 0-4 years old, accommodation and meals in the parents' room with an extra bed or baby cot are free of charge.
    • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the main bed price when sharing room with parents

  • Please provide proof of entitlement to the discount in all cases!

    Please note that in the context of special promotions, the crediting of points for the loyalty card and the application of point redemption are sometimes excluded, so certain offers cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts!
  • Towels in the rooms are for use in the hotel only.

Payment and cancellation conditions

  • During the Christmas period, a 30% deposit is required for all services ordered within 5 days of booking.
  • The deposit can be paid to the following bank account:

  • Before transferring the money, please be sure to e-mail the billing name and address to benedict@hunguesthotels.hu, which will be used to issue the advance invoice and then the final invoice. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and reservation number in the remittance advice. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. The deposit invoice will be handed over to our guests on arrival at the venue without any special request.
  • Services ordered in EUR can only be paid in EUR!
  • The remaining balance is payable on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or SZÉP and/or Hunguest Hotels gift card in the name of the bill payer)
  • If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment of the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.
  • Cancellation without penalty: 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty will be 30% of the amount of the service ordered. In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a cancellation vis major, the amount paid can be used within 365 days.
