• Tourist tax (over 18 years) is HUF 800 per person per night, not included in the room rates and payable on the spot.
• Parking: in the car park in front of the hotel (approx. 40 spaces) and in the rear car park (approx. 30 spaces) and in the underground car park of the Sunbathing Aquapolis (approx. 230 spaces): from 8:00 to 22:00 200 HUF/person car/hour, free of charge at other times. Parking in the streets surrounding the hotel is subject to the city's pay parking system.
• From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, via a document scanner upon arrival. The accepted documents for Hungarian citizens are: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. • Pursuant to Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item. • Rooms can be booked from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive late, please inform the hotel reception in advance. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days.
• Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability, so please check with the hotel reception or click here for availability.
• On the day of departure, the spa complex can be used free of charge until 10 a.m. After 10 a.m., it is possible to buy a 50% discounted ticket to the Sunbathing Aquapolis. The discounted entrance ticket can be purchased at the Aquapolis cash desks on presentation of the hotel bill and is valid only for the day of departure. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, you should bring your own towels and bathrobes, as they cannot be rented at Aquapolis.

• Please pay for the ordered services on arrival at the venue by cash, credit card or personal SZÉP card.
• If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
• In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.

Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and date of arrival in the remittance note. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number.

• If you are paying by SZÉP card, please make the payment on the following page (only the card in the name of the guest staying at the hotel can be used):

  • Otpszepkartya.hu: Please indicate Hunguest Hotel Forrás as the provider and send us the electronic receipt with a postal address after the payment.

  • Mkbszepkartya.hu: Please select the Hunguest Hotel Forrás as the provider and ask our colleagues for the identification number for the transfer at hotelforras@hunguesthotels.hu or by phone +36/62 566-476.

  • K&H: Please make the transaction via the K&H payment card interface and we will send you the acceptance point ID: 84009851.

• In case of cancellation by the guest, the bank charges and administration costs of the return will be deducted from the deposit.

• Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, except in priority periods. In case of cancellation within 7 days, the hotel will charge 50% of the booked service as a penalty.

• Prices are subject to change depending on hotel occupancy and the number of rooms available at the discounted rate is limited!
• The offer is valid for a minimum booking of 2 nights, the minimum number of nights may vary in certain periods!
