  Without this information, we will not be able to record the amount received for your reservation.
• If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company's tax number, the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued in the same name and address.
• If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
• The advance payment invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided without any further request, or, in the absence of such e-mail address, will be handed over to our guests upon arrival at the latest.
• The balance will be payable on arrival on the spot.

No-cost cancellation deadlines:

• Innon-priority periods, the 3rd day before arrival, and in case of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the fee is 30% of the ordered service.
• In priority periods (15 March weekend, Easter, Pentecost, summer holidays, autumn holidays, Christmas), the free cancellation deadline is the 7th or 14th day before arrival, and the subsequent cancellation or non-arrival is 50% of the service ordered.

• During New Year's Eve periods , the cancellation deadline is 30 days before arrival, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the charge is 100% of the service ordered.

• In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
