	We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Rules and regulations of payment:

Advance payment required for the festive, special period: 30% of the total amount, which we kindly ask you to transfer to our bank account number no later than 14 days before arrival.
In case of advance payment, please indicate the name and address of the guest!

The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made after teh 14th day before arrival, the hotel will charge a penalty of 1 night per room.
In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled within 14 days or in case of no-show, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
