• You can use the services of our hotel without an immunity card in accordance with the legislation in force. Any changes in the applicable legislation may be subject to automatic changes.

• According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item. • Tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is payable on the spot (for guests over 18 years) at the rate of 710 HUF/person/night.

• If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment of the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.

• Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation within 7 days will incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If the Guest does not arrive or does not cancel the order by the due date, the penalty will be the amount of the deposit paid.
