  • Tourist tax is not included in the room rate and is payable on the spot (for guests over 18 years) at the rate of 790 HUF/person/night.
  • Parking is possible in the hotel - limited.
    • Surface parking: 2 000 HUF/car/night
    • Underground parking: 4 000 HUF/car/night
  • Please be informed that entry to our parking lot is controlled by a license plate recognition system. We kindly ask you to provide your vehicle's license plate number in during booking or in your reply to this email. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Pets (max 30 kg): small dogs can be brought to the hotel for a fee.
  • Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Check-in, check-out
  • Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. We can provide a package room for earlier arrivals or later departures, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

  • Discounts for children:
    • 0-4 years: free room and board in parents' room with extra bed or cot
    • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the price for adult guests sharing room with parents on extra bed
    • Children over 12 years pay adult price.
  • Baby cots are provided free of charge for children up to 2 years of age. Please indicate in advance when booking your room if you require a baby cot.

Fizetési és lemondási feltételek
  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
  • In case of cancellation within 30 days, the full amount of the deposit paid to guarantee the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
  • If the Guest does not arrive or does not cancel the reservation by the due date, the penalty will be the amount of the deposit paid.

  • If the reservation is cancelled within the penalty period, the amount of the penalty will be deducted from the balance of the gift card.
