- The Customer undertakes to inform the hotel, in writing of any cancellation, modifications or any other change to the services ordered by him/her prior to the start of the service.
- In the case of individual orders (max. 5 rooms), cancellation free of charge is possible two days before arrival.
- If the Guest does not arrive or does not cancel his/ her order by the appropriate deadline, the cancellation fee is the cost of the first night.
