	Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out At our hotel, you have the option of checking into your room before 3:00 PM and checking out in the afternoon or evening. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inquire at the hotel reception in advance (24 hours prior to arrival and departure). Price: Early Check-In: 25% of the room rate for the first night according to your reservation. Late Check-Out: 50% of the current room rate for the night of departure.
	For guests staying on 24 December, a festive dinner is included in the half board (we cannot guarantee a table for 2 for dinner!)

Payment and cancellation conditions

During the Christmas period, a deposit of 50% of the services ordered is required within 5 days of booking to the following bank account: OTP Bank Plc.. SWIFT code: OTPVHUHB EUR - (IBAN: HU03) 11763945 08483887 00000000 Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail to the following e-mail address : rezervacio@buk.hunguesthotels.hu before sending thetransfer , to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and reservation number in the remittance advice. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. The deposit invoice will be handed over to our guests on arrival at the venue without any special request. Services ordered in EUR can only be paid in EUR! The remaining balance is payable on arrival (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or SZÉP and/or Hunguest Hotels gift card in the name of the bill payer). However, if you order the hotel services without prepayment, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.

During the Christmas period,the penalty-free cancellation deadline is the 21st day prior to arrival, after which cancellation or non-arrival will be charged 50% of the services ordered, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation. In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotion code selected.
