Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and booking number in the remittance advice. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. The deposit invoice will be handed over to our guests on arrival at the venue without any special request.
• Services ordered in EUR can only be paid in EUR!
• The remaining balance is payable on arrival (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or SZÉP and/or Hunguest Hotels gift card in the name of the bill payer).
• However, if you order the hotel services without prepayment, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.

• During the Christmas period,the penalty-free cancellation deadline is the 21st day prior to arrival, after which cancellation or non-arrival will be charged 50% of the services ordered, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
