• According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item. • The tourist tax (from 18 years) is HUF 800 per person per night and is not included in the room rates.
• Parking is limited, subject to capacity. Parking fee: HUF 1,500 per car per night.

• Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.00 on the day of departure.
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
• At our hotel, you have the option of checking into your room before 3:00 PM and checking out in the afternoon or evening. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inquire at the hotel reception in advance (24 hours prior to arrival and departure).
• Price:
• Early Check-In: 25% of the room rate for the first night according to your reservation. Late Check-Out: 50% of the current room rate for the night of departure.

• Please be sure to provide your billing name and address before sending the transfer by e-mail to the following e-mail address: rezervacio@buk.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be sent. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and booking number in the remittance advice. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. The deposit invoice will be handed over to our guests on arrival at the venue without any special request.
• Services ordered in EUR can only be paid in EUR!
• The remaining balance is payable on arrival (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or SZÉP and/or Hunguest Hotels gift card in the name of the bill payer).
• However, if you order the hotel services without prepayment, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.

• During the Christmas period,the penalty-free cancellation deadline is the 21st day prior to arrival, after which cancellation or non-arrival will be charged 50% of the services ordered, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
