• According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item. • Please be sure to provide us with your billing name and address by e-mail before sending the transfer to rezervacio@buk.hunguesthotels.hu, where the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and reservation number in the remittance advice. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. The deposit invoice will be handed over to our guests on arrival at the venue without any special request.
• Services ordered in EUR can only be paid in EUR!

• The remaining balance is payable on arrival (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or SZÉP and/or Hunguest Hotels gift card in the name of the bill payer).
• However, if you order the hotel services without prepayment, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.

• The penalty-free cancellation deadline forthe New Year's Eve periodis 15 November 2026, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the fee payable is 100% of the services ordered.
