- Please note that check-in for guests of the East Wing is at the reception desk in the East Wing of Hunguest Bük:

The reception for guests arriving in the West Wing is located in the West Wing:

- Parking is possible in the private car parks of both wings.
- From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, via a document scanner upon arrival. Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport. - According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item. - Tourist tax (IFA): the prices quoted do not include IFA, which is payable on the spot. (over 18 years of age) 700 HUF/person/night in 2025.

Payment and cancellation conditions

- During the New Year's Eve period, a 50% deposit is required for all services booked within 5 days of booking to the following bank account:

- Before sending the transfer by e-mail, please be sure to provide your billing name and address by clicking on thefollowing e-mail address : rezervacio@buk.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and reservation number in the remittance advice. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. The deposit invoice will be handed over to our guests on arrival at the venue without any special request.
- Services ordered in EUR can only be paid in EUR!
- The remaining balance is payable on arrival (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express or SZÉP and/or Hunguest Hotels gift card in the name of the bill payer).
- However, if you order the hotel services without prepayment, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.

- During the New Year's Eve period, the penalty-free cancellation deadline is the 21st day prior to arrival, after which cancellation or non-arrival will be charged 50% of the services ordered, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
