	From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. Parking: parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the hotel car park, which is closed by a barrier and monitored by a camera, at a cost of HUF 2 000/car/night (150 cars)
	Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. We can provide a package room for earlier arrivals or later departures, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Prices are subject to change depending on availability. Our hotel consists of two parts, the modern Hotel Eger and the baroque Park Hotel. In the modern Hotel Eger we have a Reception, Wellness area, Children's corner and Piano Drink Bar. The baroque-style Park Hotel is accessible via an internal and closed corridor. In this part of the building you will find our Restaurant, our Winter Garden and our Chestnut Terrace which is open in summer.

Payment and cancellation conditions

SZÉP card accepted. When booking for the Easter offer, the deposit is 50% of the total amount when booking. Reservations can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival without penalty, in case of cancellation within 7 days 50% of the prepaid amount will be charged as a penalty. If the reservation is cancelled during the penalty-free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a penalty and the amount will not be refunded. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
