• According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item. • The tourist tax (from 18 years of age) is HUF 650 per person per night (in 2025 the rate is not yet fixed, i.e. it may increase), which is not included in the room rates and is payable on the spot.
• Parking: parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the hotel's car park, which is closed by a barrier and monitored by a camera, at a cost of HUF 2 000 per car per night (150 cars).

• Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. In case of early arrival or late arrival, we can provide a package room, but late check-out is also possible for a fee, subject to availability.

• On 30 and 31 December 2025, the New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is a seated evening, so please make your reservation for your table no later than seven days prior to arrival.

• • 4-12 years: 50% discount on the price for adult guests sharing room with parents

• Our hotel consists of two parts, the modern Hotel Eger and the baroque Park Hotel. In the modern Hotel Eger we have a Reception, Wellness area, Children's corner and Piano Drink Bar. The baroque-style Park Hotel is accessible via an internal and closed corridor. In this part of the building you will find our Restaurant, our Winter Garden and our Chestnut Terrace which is open in summer.
