We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Please make sure to bring the required ID’s with you, this will be from 1 January 2023 mandatory for children as well to use our services. Further information: vizainfo.hu/en/guests
According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. The decree applies to consumer packaging for beverages made of metal, plastic, and glass with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 3 liters. Local tax: 600 HUF (cca. 1.8 EUR)/person/night (for all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.
Parking: 2 000 HUF (5 EUR)/car/night
Check-in and check-out: rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. We can provide a package room for earlier arrivals or later departures, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Rules and regulations of payment and cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival without penalty, if cancelled within 7 days, 30% of the deposit will be charged as a penalty. If cancelled within 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a penalty and the amount will not be refunded.
Our hotel reserves the rights to adapt different prepayment and cancellation regulation for chosen periods. If the advance is not transfered at the mentioned deadline we are forced to cancel your reservation.
Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
