Information on how to pay the deposit:
- 50 % during peak and holiday periods
a deposit is required within 5 days of booking by bank transfer.
The balance is payable on arrival at the reception by cash, SZÉP or credit card.
- Possible payment methods:
- If you wish to pay the requested advance in Euro, please contact our sales department at sales@flora.hunguesthotels.hu.
- Please include your name and billing address (home address) in the remittance note.
Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking.
- If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company's tax number, the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued in the same name and address (we cannot issue invoices in company name for SZÉP card payments).
- The advance invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided without any special request, or, in the absence of an e-mail, will be handed over to the guests on arrival at the latest.
- The remaining amount will have to be paid on arrival on the spot.
- In case of advance payment, please indicate the name and address of the guest.
- In case of payment by SZÉP card, please make the transfer on the following page (only the card in the name of the guest staying at the hotel can be used for payment):
- OTP: Please indicate Hunguest Flora in the service provider (www.otpszepkartya.hu) and send us the electronic receipt with a postal address after the transfer.
- MBH: Please have your SZÉP card ready and send us by e-mail your card identification number, the name of the cardholder and your billing address. We will then request the ID from the bank and the cardholder will use this to authorise the transaction via the online interface.
- K&H: Please make the transaction via the K&H beautiful card interface, using the following acceptance point ID: 84009848.
- For online payments, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions for the selected discount/payment method or promotional code apply.
- If the order
Order with 100% online payment - cannot be cancelled, or
Order with 50% online payment - cannot be cancelled
The penalty will be 50% or 100% of the deposit paid, depending on the offer chosen, from the moment of booking.
- You can cancel your reservation without penalty until 14 days before the arrival date.
- If cancelled within 14 days, the full amount of the deposit paid to guarantee the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
- In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
