Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. • Pursuant to Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item. • Hotel rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.

• Extra beds are available:
  • For children aged 0-3 years, accommodation and board in the parents' room is free of charge when using an extra bed or baby cot.
  • 4-11 years: 50% discount on the price for adult guests sharing room with parents
  • Children over 12 years pay the adult rate.

• Claim your HH Individual Frequent Flyer Card, which can save you 10% on future bookings in the form of a points credit.
  Please note that in the context of special promotions, points credited to the loyalty card and the use of point redemption are sometimes excluded, so certain offers cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts!

• Before sending the transfer, please be sure to provide your billing name and address by clicking on the following e-mail address: gazdasag@hotelerkel.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be sent. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and date of arrival in the remittance note. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. We will issue an e-invoice for the amount received, which will be sent to the e-mail address recorded in the booking.
  
• In case of cancellation by the guest, the bank charges and administration costs of the return will be deducted from the deposit.
• If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.

• Cancellation deadline: at least 7 days before arrival.
• In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge a 50% penalty on the total value of the services ordered.

• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions apply according to the selected discount, payment method or promotion code.
