• We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. • According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. • Before sending the transfer, please be sure to provide your billing name and address by clicking on the following e-mail address: gazdasag@hotelerkel.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be sent. Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your booking. Please include your name and date of arrival in the remittance note. If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company tax number. We will issue an e-invoice for the amount received, which will be sent to the e-mail address recorded in the booking.
  
• In case of cancellation by the guest, the bank charges and administration costs of the return will be deducted from the deposit.
• If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.

• Cancellation deadline: at least 7 days before arrival.
• In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge a 50% penalty on the total value of the services ordered.

• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions apply according to the selected discount, payment method or promotion code.
