Rules and regulations of payment:

	In case of booking 50% pre-payment is needed. The cancellation deadline: at least 7 days prior to arrival. Our hotel reserves the rights to adapt different prepayment and cancellation regulation for chosen periods. If the advance is not transfered at the mentioned deadline we are forced to cancel your reservation
	In case of autumn break and festive period  50% pre-payment is needed. The cancellation deadline: at least 14 days prior to arrival. In case of f winter break, christmas/ 50% pre-payment is needed. The cancellation deadline: at least 21 days prior to arrival.
