You can drive your car to the check-in parking lot in front of the main entrance of Hunguest Béke during the check-in time, and after receiving your key card you can park your car in the parking lot of Hunguest Hotel Apollo (4200 Hajdúszoboszló, Mátyás király sétány 12.) The direct connecting corridor between the two hotels is also available for the guests arriving at Hunguest Hotel Apollo through the Hunguest Béke spa, wellness and restaurant.

	Rooms can be reserved from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room is reserved until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Between 4 and 12 years of age, 50% discount on the price for adult guests on extra beds in the parents' room. Children over 12 years are charged adult price.

Payment and cancellation conditions

If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival. This offer is valid for bookings of 2 nights or more. The minimum number of nights is 1 night in certain periods, 3 nights minimum during holidays and special periods, 4 nights minimum for summer offers! In non-priority periods, payment is due on arrival on the spot (by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the bill payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card). During special periods (Easter, May 01 weekend, Pentecost weekend, Summer holidays, October 23 weekend, Christmas), please confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking. ForNew Year's Eve bookings, the hotel requests full payment no later than 60 days prior to arrival. The bank account number is Erste Bank (IBAN: HU16) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0081 (Swift: GIBAHUHB). Before transferring the money, please make sure to send us your billing name and address by e-mail to rezervacio@apollo.hunguesthotels.hu, where the deposit invoice and the final invoice will be issued. The deadline for cancellationswithout penalty during the non priority period is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival, after which, in case of cancellation or non-arrival, the fee will be 70% of the ordered service, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation. In high season and public holidays (Easter, May 01 weekend, Pentecost weekend, Summer holidays, October 23 weekend, Christmas) the cancellation deadline is the 15th day before arrival, free of charge, and in case of cancellation or no-show after this date, the penalty is 50% of the booked service. For New Year's Eve bookings , the cancellation fee after the 60th day before arrival is the full amount of the booking. In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the selected discount, payment method or promotion code.
