    check-in is at the reception of the Hunguest Hotel Apollo, so please park in the Apollo's private car park.

    Between 19:00 and 07:00
    check-in is at the reception of the Hunguest Béke, so you are welcome to park in front of the main entrance of the Béke during your arrival. After receiving your key card, please move to the Hunguest Hotel Apollo car park.
Check-in, check-out
  • Rooms can be reserved from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform the reception desk in advance of late arrival. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days.
  • Reception(check-in, arrival, key card collection, billing, check-out, information) is available between 07:00-19:00 at the reception of Hunguest Hotel Apollo, between 19:00-07:00 at the reception of Hunguest Béke (4200 Hajdúszoboszló, Mátyás király sétány 10.)

  • Please note that our hotel's kitchen is not exclusively gluten-free, so despite our best efforts, cross-contamination may occur during the preparation of meals. Please plan your trip accordingly! You can find allergen labelling on our buffet items, but if you cannot find a suitable one, please let our restaurant manager know and he will arrange a suitable meal.

  • Discounts for children:
    • Up to the age of 4 years, accommodation and board in the parents' room on extra bed, small bed, baby cot free of charge.
    • Between 4 and 12 years of age, 50% discount on the price for adult guests on extra beds in the parents' room.
    • Children over 12 years are charged adult price.

Payment and cancellation conditions

Fizetési módok
  • If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
  • This offer is valid for bookings of 2 nights or more. The minimum number of nights is 1 night in certain periods, 3 nights minimum during holidays and special periods, 4 nights minimum for summer offers!
  • In non-priority periods, payment is due on arrival on the spot (by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the bill payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card).
  • During special periods (Easter, May 01 weekend, Pentecost weekend, Summer holidays, October 23 weekend, Christmas), please confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking.
  • For New Year's Eve, the hotel will ask for the full amount of the reservation to be transferred no later than 30.09.2026 (if the reservation is made after this date, it will be made on the day of booking).

  • Before sending the transfer by e-mail, please be sure to provide your billing name and address by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@apollo.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued.
  • Once the advance payment has been received, the invoice will be sent electronically by e-mail.
Fizetési és lemondási feltételek
  • The deadline for cancellations without penalty during the non priority period is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival, after which, in case of cancellation or non-arrival, the fee will be 70% of the ordered service, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
  • In high season and public holidays (Easter, May 01 weekend, Pentecost weekend, Summer holidays, October 23 weekend, Christmas) the cancellation deadline is the 15th day before arrival, free of charge, and in case of cancellation or no-show after this date, the penalty is 50% of the booked service.
  • For New Year's Eve, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 15.11.2026. Any booking made after this date will no longer be cancelled free of penalty. In the event of non-arrival, the penalty is 100% of the service ordered.
  • When paying online, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount, payment method or promotional code selected.
