  • Pursuant to Government Decree450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item.   • Tourist tax: 31.12.2025: 700 HUF/person/night - over 18 years; from 01.01.2026: 750 HUF/person/night - over 18 years

  • Parking:important information: the parking gate can be opened only with the magnetic card you have received at check-in, so please arrive at the main entrance of the hotel, check in at the reception and park in the parking lot on Damjanich Street with the room card you have received. The charge is HUF 2 000 / car / night.

  • As every year, during the period between 07.01. and 31.08., the traffic on the Mátyás király promenade in Hajdúszoboszló is restricted, and between 18:00 and midnight every day of the week, for the convenience of the holiday guests, it is not possible to drive into the one-way street in the evening. During the evening hours, access to the hotel is via the closed car park entrance on Damjanich Street.

  • If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered on arrival.
  • Outside the holiday and special periods, the offer can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.
  • In non-high season, payment is due on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the bill payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card).
  • In the following priority periods, please confirm your order with a 30% deposit within 5 days of booking:
    Summer holidays - 19.06.2026 - 29.08.2026,
  • For the following priority periods, please confirm your order with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking:
    Easter - 03.04.2026-05,
    Weekend 01 May - 05.01 - 05.03.2026,

  • For New Year's Eve, the hotel requests the full amount of the reservation to be transferred by 30.09.2026 at the latest (if the reservation is made after this date, it will be made on the day of booking).

  • The hotel prefers to issue paperless electronic invoices, so if you agree to this, please provide your e-mail address to which the invoice can be sent by the hotel. Before sending the transfer by e-mail, please be sure to provide the billing name and address by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu to which the advance invoice and then the final invoice will be sent.

  • The deadline for cancellations without penalty is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival for non priority periods, after this time the cancellation or non-arrival fee is 70% of the ordered service, but at least the price of 1 night's stay as stated in the confirmation.
  • In the following priority periods, the cancellation deadline is 7 days before arrival without penalty, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is 30% of the amount of the service ordered:
    Summer break - 19.06.2026 - 29.08.2026,
  • 20.06.2019 - 20.06.2019 - 20.06.2019 The cancellation deadline for the following priority periods is 30 days before arrival, and the penalty for cancellation or non-arrival after this date is 50% of the service ordered:
    Easter - 03.04.2026 - 05,
    Weekend 01 May - 01.05.2026 - 03.05.2026,
    Pentecost - 22.05.2026 - 24.05.2026,
    Weekend 23 October - 23-26 Oct 2026,
    Christmas - 24-26 Dec 2026,
  • For New Year's Eve, bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 15.11.2026. All bookings made after this date will no longer be cancelled free of charge. In the event of non-arrival, the penalty is 100% of the service ordered.
