  • Pursuant to Government Decree450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory redemption fee is subject to a redemption fee of HUF 50 per item.   • Tourist tax: 700 HUF/person/night in 2025 (for all guests over 18 years).
  • Parking: please notethat the parking lot is only accessible with the magnetic card you have received at check-in, so please arrive at the main entrance of the hotel, check in at the reception and park in the parking lot on Damjanich Street with the room card you have received. The charge is HUF 2 000 / car / night.
  • As every year, during the period between 01.07.2025 and 31.08.2025, the Mátyás König promenade in Hajdúszoboszló will be closed to motor traffic, and between 18:00 and midnight every day of the week, for the evening comfort of the holiday guests, it will not be possible to drive into the one-way street. During the evening hours, access to the hotel is via the closed car park entrance on Damjanich Street.

Rules and regulations of payment and cancellation

  • Should you order hotel services without paying an advance, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered upon arrival at the latest.

  • The offer is valid for bookings of at least 2 nights. In certain periods, the minimum number of nights is 1, during festive and special periods, a minimum of 3 nights!

  • During non-special periods payment is due on arrival (in cash, by MasterCard, VISA, American Express and/or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card). During non-peak periods, payment is due on arrival (in cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card, or Hunguest Hotels gift card).
  • DURING SPECIAL PERIODS ("Winter break and Christmas except New Year's Eve" between 20/12 2024 - 6/1 2025", "Spring break and Easter" between 17/4 - 27/4 2025, May 1 weekend 1/5 - 4/5 2025, Pentecost weekend 6/6 - 9/6 2025, Summer break 21/6 - 31/8 2025 "Winter break and Christmas with the exception of New Year's Eve" 22/12 2025 - 4/1 2026 between) please confirm the order with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking.
  • For New Year's Eve, the hotel requests that the entire reservation amount (100%) be transferred.

  • Before the transfer, please enter the billing name and address by e-mail by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@beke.hunguesthotels.hu on which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. The hotel prefers to issue a paperless electronic invoice, so if you agree to this, please provide your e-mail address to which the hotel can send the invoice.

  • The penalty-free cancellation deadline in non-special periods is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the fee to be paid is 70% of the ordered service, but at least the price of 1 night's room in the confirmation.
  • During special periods ("Winter break and Christmas except New Year's Eve" between 20/12 2024 - 6/1 2025", Spring break and Easter" between 17/4 - 27/4 2025, May 1 weekend 1/5 - 4/5 2025, Pentecost weekend 6/6 - 9/6 2025, Summer break 21/6 - 31/8 2025 "Winter break and Christmas with the exception of New Year's Eve" 22/12 2025 - 4/1 2026 between) is free of charge cancellation deadline is the 30th day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the penalty is 50% of the ordered service.
  • The cancellation deadline for New Year's Eve reservations free of charge is 29.12.2024, after this date the penalty is the full amount of the reservation.
  • In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected discount, payment method or promotional code apply.
