Hunguest Hotel Sóstó is located near a beautiful oak forest, just a minute away from Lake Sóstó, in Nyíregyháza-Sóstógyógyfürdő. Our hotel is the one only accomodation provider which has direct access to the AQUARIUS Spa, which means that our hotel guests just cross a heated hallway and can enjoy the spa's services without needing to purchase an entrance ticket.

In accordance with the relevant government decree, we may currently welcome guests in our hotels from both Hungary and abroad without restriction (immunity certificate). Guests and staff alike may choose whether to wear a mask at their own discretion.

Prices do not reflect the local city tax which has to be payed upon arrival. In 2022 it's approximately 1,1 EUR/person/night from the age 18 and above.
On the day of arrival the rooms can be occupied from 2 p.m., check-out time of the rooms on the day of departure is until 10 a.m.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

	All bookings require a deposit which is 30% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 3 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival.
	Cancellations which have been made within 3 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 30% of the total amount. In case of leaving the hotel 1 or more days earlier, we are unable to refund neither the cost of the remaining nights nor the deposit.

All bookings which have been made for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays require a deposit which is 50% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 14 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival.
All bookings which have been made for the long weekend of 20th August and New Year's Eve require a deposit which is 100% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival.

All bookings which have been made for mid or low season can be cancelled until 14:00 on the day before arrival with no extra charge. All cancellations which have been made after 14:00 on the day before arrival or on the arrival date will have a cancellation fee, which is the price of 1 night/room.
All bookings which have been made for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays can be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 14 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total amount.
All bookings which have been made for the long weekend of 20th August and New Year's Eve can be cancelled 31 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 30 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 100% of the total amount.
In case of leaving the hotel 1 or more days earlier, we are unable to refund neither the cost of the remaining nights nor the deposit.
