Regarding medical treatments, please contact the reception of the Dóra Medical Center, located on the first floor of Napfényfürdő Aquapolis. It is a high-quality, modern, and well-organized service unit, financed by the National Health Insurance Fund of Hungary (OEP), aimed at harnessing the therapeutic benefits of thermal water. The medicinal water in the pools is primarily suitable for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
The thermal water of Dóra Well, with its sodium-hydrogen carbonate content and a temperature of 36°C, is recommended for the following conditions: degenerative joint diseases, spinal degeneration, post-injury rehabilitation, herniated discs, spinal deformities, soft tissue rheumatism, ankylosing spondylitis, neuralgia, lumbago, gynecological inflammations, psoriasis, asthma, bronchitis, upper respiratory tract infections, nasal mucosa inflammations, gastritis, enteritis, gingivitis, gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, and gallbladder inflammation.
Contraindications include high blood pressure, severe heart conditions, febrile conditions, acute inflammatory diseases, malignant tumors, and epilepsy.

RULES REGARDING STAYING AT THE HOTEL:
In order to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for everyone, smoking is not permitted in the entire area of our hotel
- including the balconies of the rooms. Please use the designated smoking areas only if you do so. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation! If this rule is violated, we will be forced to charge double the confirmed room rate per night, but a minimum of HUF 50,000. We appreciate your support for the high-quality and uninterrupted operation of our hotel by acknowledging this provision.
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the hotel it is not permitted, and persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages on the hotel premises.
The hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation service contract with immediate effect if the Guests do not use the room provided (or other areas of the hotel) for their intended purpose or do not comply with the hotel's safety regulations and rules.
The person causing the damage or their legal representative is financially liable for any damage caused by the unjustified use of manual fire alarm devices installed in the building!
It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the room, and to operate coffee makers, water heaters, irons and other electrical appliances brought from home!
In the hotel (as an institution for rest, vacation, and recreation), regardless of the time of day, any intentional disruptive behavior or behavior that, according to public perception, goes beyond the framework of human coexistence and disturbs the rest, peace, safety, sense of security, or privacy of other Guests is prohibited. In particular, any behavior that is capable of intimidating others, or that constitutes or can be classified as harassment is prohibited.
Our staff are entitled to warn any Guest who is disruptive, loud, or under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances and who behaves in an offensive manner. After multiple warnings, the hotel is reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect and to immediately expel the person from the hotel without any obligation to pay a refund or compensate for the damage.
It is of utmost importance to us that everyone can relax in a clean, tidy and pleasant environment. However, there may be cases when more thorough cleaning than usual is required in the rooms or in our communal areas - for example in the restaurant or in the spa. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the resulting additional costs, but minimum extra cleaning fee of 20,000 HUF. During our buffet meals, we re pleased to offer you unlimited selection. However, we kindly ask that you only take as much food as you genuinely intend to consume. It was mentioned as a town in the Golden Bull of 1222, as it was granted the right to store salt by King Béla IV. It became a free royal city in 1498. Its continuous development was first interrupted by the 144-year-long Turkish rule (1543–1687). On May 21, 1719, King Charles III renewed the city’s coat of arms, and every year on the anniversary of this event, the Szeged Day Celebration is held. After the devastation of the Great Flood of the Tisza on March 13, 1879, only 265 out of 5723 houses remained intact.
