• The cancellation deadline without penalty in priority periods (spring school holidays, Easter weekend, 1 May weekend, Pentecost weekend, summer period from 20.06 to 10.09, autumn and winter school holidays, Christmas period) is 14:00 on the 14th day before arrival, after which the penalty for cancellation, modification or non-arrival is 50% of the amount of the service ordered.

When paying online, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.

If the order cannot be cancelled - Order with 100% online payment - a penalty will be charged for any modification or cancellation of the booked accommodation. The penalty is 100%, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
