• Room surcharges: Special room types, as connecting family room, junior apartment, luxury apartment are available in limited numbers and can only be booked by prior arrangement. When booking these room types, a surcharge will apply, please contact the hotel for details.
• Reductions for children:
• 0-3,99 years: free board and lodging in parents' room with extra bed or cot
• 4-11,99 years: 50% discount on adult rates for sharing room with parents and extra bed
• Children over 12 years pay the adult rate.

Cancellation policy

• the guest may cancel or postpone their reservation in 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation or modification is made later, we reserve the right to ask the 50% of the cost of the reservation as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations and amendments to reservations will only be accepted in writing.
