- Payment terms in non priority period: payment is due on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or SZÉP or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the Guest's name ).
- Payment terms in priority periods: spring school holidays, Easter weekend, May 1st weekend, Pentecost weekend, summer period: 20.06 - 10.09, autumn and winter school holidays, Christmas period, please confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit within 5 days after booking.
- For New Year's Eve reservations, please confirm your order with a 100% deposit by September 30, 2026 (if the reservation is made after this date, then on the day of the reservation).
- If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival. Payment by bank transfer is due within 5 working days from the date of booking.

- No-fee cancellation deadline for non-priority periods: 3 days prior to arrival at 14:00, after this time cancellation or no-show will incur a penalty of 50% of the booked service, with a minimum of 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
- The cancellation deadline without penalty in priority periods (spring school holidays, Easter weekend, 1 May weekend, Pentecost weekend, summer period from 20.06 - 10.09., autumn and winter school holidays, Christmas period) is 14:00 on the 14th day before arrival, after which the penalty for cancellation, modification or non-arrival is 50% of the amount of the service ordered.
- For New Year's Eve reservations, cancellations can be made without penalty until November 15, 2026. Any reservations made after this date cannot be canceled without penalty. In case of no-show, the penalty is 100% of the ordered service.
In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.
If the order cannot be cancelled - Order 100% with online payment - a penalty will be charged for any modification or cancellation of the booked accommodation. The penalty will be 100%, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
