• Parking is available free of charge in our private car park for 228 cars and 3 buses. The car park is equipped with a number plate recognition system, so please state your number plate in the Other comments field when booking or in the reply letter after booking. Please note that parking spaces in the hotel car park are limited. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please be informed that from 1 March 2026 a parking fee (1500 HUF/night/car) will be introduced in the hotel car park to maintain the quality of services and the orderly use of the parking spaces.

• The cancellation deadline without penalty in priority periods (spring school holidays, Easter weekend, 1 May weekend, Pentecost weekend, summer period from 20.06 to 10.09, autumn and winter school holidays, Christmas period) is 14:00 on the 14th day before arrival, after which the penalty for cancellation, modification or non-arrival is 50% of the amount of the service ordered.
• For bookings made with the promotional code NYAR10, the cancellation period is 21 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancellation within 21 days before arrival will incur a 30% penalty.
• Reservations made with promo code NYAR10 cannot be modified.

When paying online, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.

If the order cannot be cancelled - Order with 100% online payment - a penalty will be charged for any modification or cancellation of the booked accommodation. The penalty is 100%, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
