Payment Terms

• An advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost must be transferred within 5 days of booking to guarantee the reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the reception desk by cash, SZÉP card, or bank card.

Cancellation Policy for the Peak Summer Period

• For bookings between June 20 and September 11, the free cancellation deadline is 14:00 (2 PM) on the 14th day prior to arrival.
  In case of cancellation after this time or in the event of a no-show, 50% of the total amount of the booked services will be charged as a penalty.
• In the case of online payments, the payment and cancellation terms corresponding to the selected discount / payment method / promotional code will apply.
• If the booking was made under one of the following conditions:
  "100% Online Payment – Non-Refundable", or
  "50% Online Payment – Non-Refundable",
  then any modification or cancellation of the reservation will be subject to a penalty. The amount of the penalty is 50% or 100% of the booking value, depending on the chosen offer, and corresponds to the amount of the paid deposit.
