- Payment terms in non-priority period
payment is due on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or a SZÉP or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the Guest's name).
If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest upon arrival.
Payment by bank transfer is due within 5 working days of booking.
- Payment terms during priority periods
(15 March, Easter weekend, Pentecost weekend, summer period: 07.01. - 08.31., autumn and winter school holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve) 50% deposit to confirm the order within 5 days after booking)

- Cancellation in non priority periods:
the 3rd day before arrival at 14:00, in case of cancellation or no-show after 14:00, the penalty is 50% of the ordered service, but at least 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
- Cancellation fee in priority periods
(15 March, Easter weekend, Pentecost weekend, autumn and winter school holidays) the deadline for cancellation free of charge is 14:00 14 days before arrival, and for the summer period from 07.01. to 31.08. and for the end of year holidays: from 12.23. to 01.02. the deadline for cancellation free of charge is 14:00 30 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this time, the penalty is 50% of the service ordered.
For online payments, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
