  • According to the Government Decree 450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item.   • Tourist tax is HUF 660 per person per night, not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.

  • Check-in and check-out: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. In case of early arrival or late arrival, we can provide a package room, but late check-out is also possible on request, subject to availability and for a fee.

Payment and cancellation conditions

  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, no later than 5 calendar days prior to arrival. The balance is payable on arrival on the spot.
  • During New Year's Eve period, 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance at the latest 5 calendar days before arrival. The remaining balance is payable on arrival on the spot.

  • In case of advance payment, please indicate the name and address of the guest.
  • In the New Year's Eve period, the reservation can be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival without penalty, if cancelled within 30 days, 50% of the prepaid amount will be charged as a penalty.
  • Reservations can be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival without penalty, if cancelled within 5 days of arrival 50% of the deposit will be charged as a penalty.
  • If the reservation is cancelled during the penalty-free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded.
  • We can only accept cancellations in writing.
  • In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected
  • If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
