	From 1 September 2021, in accordance with current legislation, accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. 	The towels in the rooms can only be used in the hotel. Please provide your own towels for the bath! Thank you for your understanding!

Payment and cancellation conditions

Advance payment for the special holiday period: 50% of the total amount, to be paid within 7 days after the reservation. In case of advance payment, please indicate the name and address of the guest. For online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.

Cancellation without payment 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show within 30 days, 50% of the ordered services will be charged as a penalty.
