	We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Please make sure to bring the required ID’s with you, this will be from 1 January 2023 mandatory for children as well to use our services. Further information: vizainfo.hu/en/guests In accordance with the relevant government decree, we may currently welcome guests in our hotels from both Hungary and abroad without restriction (immunity certificate). Guests and staff alike may choose whether to wear a mask at their own discretion. The rate do not include the amount of the tourist tax, which is in 2021 (over 18 years of age) is HUF 500/person/night - and should be paid on spot.  Parking fee: 500 HUF/car/night

	Meals: Our hotel prepares planting arrangements for the Gala Dinner. The booking requirements will be considered according to the order of requests and the possibilities. From the prices the unit price of meals (buffet breakfast and dinner): 6,300 HUF / adult / night, 3,150 HUF / 4-12 years old child / night, this amount is already included in the price..

	The offer is valid from min 3 nights stay. Towels in the rooms can only be used on site. Please provide your own towels to use the bath! Thank you for your understanding!

Rules and regulations of payment:

Advance payment required for the festive, special period: 50% of the total amount, which we kindly ask you to transfer to our bank account number no later than 21 days before arrival. In case of advance payment, please indicate the name and address of the guest! Bank account details: Hunguest Zrt. Hotel Freya Erste Bank Hungary Zrt .: HUF: 11600006-00000000-77649892 Please pay the remaining value of the ordered services on the spot with cash or credit card  on spot.

The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 21 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made after the 14th day before arrival, the hotel will charge a penalty of 1 night per room. In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. If canceled within 14 days or in case of no-show, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
