• In the remittance note please indicate the name and billing address (address) of the person making the reservation.
  Without this information we will not be able to record the amount received for your reservation.
• If you are requesting an invoice in company name, please include the company's tax number, the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued to the same name and address.
• If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
• The advance payment invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided without any further request, or, in the absence of such e-mail address, will be handed over to our guests upon arrival at the latest.
• The balance will be payable on arrival on the spot.
• In case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms according to the selected discount / payment method or promotion code will apply.

Free cancellation periods:

• 3rd day prior to arrival innon-priority periods, in case of cancellation after this date or non-arrival, the fee payable is 30% of the service ordered.
• During peak periods (weekend of 15 March, Easter, Whitsun, summer holidays, autumn holidays, Christmas), the cancellation period is 7 or 14 days before arrival, free of charge, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after thisperiod, the charge is 50% of the service ordered.

• During New Year's Eve periods , the cancellation deadline is 30 days before arrival, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the service ordered.

• In case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
