	On-site payment by SZÉP card is only possible if the cardholder is present and is a guest of the hotel! Payment terms

If no payment is made at the time of booking, a deposit will be requested. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the reservation and must be paid into the hotel's bank account no later than 7 days prior to arrival. During holidays and special periods, the advance payment is 50% of the total amount of the reservation within 5 calendar days after the reservation. The balance is payable on arrival at the venue. The use of a SZÉP card (either on the spot or in advance) is only applicable if the cardholder is participating in the trip and staying on the spot!

Cancellation conditions

Outside peak periods, bookings can be cancelled up to 8 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for services booked but not used (no show) will incur a 30% penalty. Reservations made during the spring break period can be cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or no-shows booked but not used within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty. Reservations made for the weekend of 1 May can be cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation or no-show cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty. For bookings made during the Whitsun period, cancellations can be made up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or no-shows booked but not used within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty. In case of early departure, we are not able to refund the amount of the reservation or the deposit paid. If you order the hotel services without paying the deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival. In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation terms and conditions apply according to the discount/payment method or promotional code selected.
