Payment and cancellation policy

All bookings require a deposit which is 30% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 7 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival. All bookings which have been made for the weekend of 1st of May require a deposit which is 50% of the total amount. Cancellations which have been made within 7 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 30% of the total amount. All bookings which have been made for the weekend of 1st of May can be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 14 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total amount. All bookings which have been made for Pentecost can be cancelled 31 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 30 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total amount. In case of leaving the hotel 1 or more days earlier, we are unable to refund neither the cost of the remaining nights nor the deposit.
