Rack Rate

Prices are valid: until 02. January 2022. with a minimum stay of 2 nights, except for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays where the minimum stay is 3 to 5 nights.

The rate includes: accommodation without halfboard, use of the operating pools of the Aquarius Spa, parking, wifi, use of bathrobe.

Maximum one extra bed can be added to our standard rooms. If you need a special room or an extra bed, please use the "SEND INQUIRY" button below, and let us know the age of the third person travelling with you.

Prices do not reflect the local city tax which has to be payed upon arrival. In 2021 it will be approximately 1,3 EUR/person/night from the age 18 and above. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can pay upon arrival except during public holidays, long weekends and school holidays. All bookings which have been made for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays require a deposit which is 30% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 7 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival. All bookings which have been made for the long weekend of 20th August and New Year's Eve require a deposit which is 50% of the total amount. The deposit should arrive to our bank account no later than 30 days prior to arrival. The rest of the amount should be payed upon arrival.

All bookings which have been made for mid or low season can be cancelled until 14:00 on the day before arrival with no extra charge. All cancellations which have been made after 14:00 on the day before arrival or on the arrival date will have a cancellation fee, which is the price of 1 night/room. All bookings which have been made for public holidays, long weekends and school holidays can be cancelled 8 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 7 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 30% of the total amount.  All bookings which have been made for the long weekend of 20th August and New Year's Eve can be cancelled 31 days prior to arrival with no extra charge. Cancellations which have been made within 30 days prior to arrival will have a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the total amount. In case of leaving the hotel 1 or more days earlier, we are unable to refund neither the cost of the remaining nights nor the deposit.
