Our hotel is the only hotel in Hajdúszoboszló where guests can walk directly through a closed corridor to the AQUA-PALACE indoor adventure pool, the HUNGAROSPA Spa and through the indoor pool to the beach seasonally (between 01 May and 30 September) without paying a separate entrance fee.

  • We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation.   • According to Government Decree No. 450/2023 (X. 4.), which came into effect on 2 January 2024, a mandatory redemption fee of HUF 50 per item is payable for non-reusable products. The decree applies to consumer packaging for beverages made of metal, plastic, and glass with a capacity ranging from 0.1 to 3 liters.   • The amount of the tourist tax: 700 HUF/person/night (for all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.

  • Parking: 3 EUR/car/night in the closed, unguarded surface parking lot behind the hotel, 14 EUR/car/night in the unguarded garage (8 parking spaces), which is not included in the room rate. Important information: the parking gate can only be opened with the magnetic card you receive at check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step on arrival!

  • Should you order hotel services without paying an advance, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered upon arrival at the latest.

  • The offer is valid for bookings of at least 2 nights. In certain periods, the minimum number of nights is 1, during festive and special periods, a minimum of 3 nights!
  • During non-special periods payment is due on arrival (in cash, by MasterCard, VISA, American Express and/or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card).During non-peak periods, payment is due on arrival (in cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card, or Hunguest Hotels gift card).
  • DURING SPECIAL PERIODS (Spring break and Easter" between 17/4 - 27/4 2025, May 1 weekend 1/5 - 4/5 2025, Pentecost weekend 6/6 - 9/6 2025, Summer break 21/6 - 31/8 2025 "Winter break and Christmas with the exception of New Year's Eve" 22/12 2025 - 4/1 2026 between) please confirm the order with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking.
  • For New Year's Eve, the hotel requests that the entire reservation amount (100%) be transferred, no later than 01. October 2024.

  • Before the transfer, please enter the billing name and address by e-mail by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@hotelaquasol.hunguesthotels.hu, on which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. The hotel prefers to issue a paperless electronic invoice, so if you agree to this, please provide your e-mail address to which the hotel can send the invoice.

  • The penalty-free cancellation deadline in non-special periods is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the fee to be paid is 70% of the ordered service, but at least the price of 1 night's room in the confirmation..
  • During special periods ("Autumn break between 25/10 - 3/11 2024, "Winter break and Christmas except New Year's Eve" between 20/12 2024 - 6/1 2025", Spring break and Easter" between 17/4 - 27/4 2025, May 1 weekend 1/5 - 4/5 2025, Pentecost weekend 6/6 - 9/6 2025, Summer break 21/6 - 31/8 2025 "Winter break and Christmas with the exception of New Year's Eve" 22/12 2025 - 4/1 2026 between) is free of charge cancellation deadline is the 30th day before arrival, in case of subsequent cancellation or non-arrival, the penalty is 50% of the ordered service.
  • The cancellation deadline for New Year's Eve reservations free of charge is 01.11.2025, after this date the penalty is the full amount of the reservation.
  • In the case of online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions corresponding to the selected discount, payment method or promotional code apply.
