Our hotel is the only hotel in Hajdúszoboszló where guests can walk directly through a closed corridor to the AQUA-PALACE indoor adventure pool, the HUNGAROSPA Spa and through the indoor pool to the beach seasonally (between 01 May and 30 September) without paying a separate entrance fee.

	From 1 September 2021 , in accordance with the legislation inforce , accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport. The regulation applies to all guests, and from 1 January 2023 children will also be required to present a photo document in order to use our services. The Regulation applies to metal, plastic and glass beverage containers in consumer packaging with a capacity of 0.1 to 3 litres. Parking: 1,000 HUF/car/night in the unguarded surface car park behind the hotel, closed by a barrier, and 5,000 HUF/car/night in the unguarded garage (8 parking spaces), which is monitored by a camera and not included in the room rate. Important information: the parking gate can only be opened with the magnetic card you receive at check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step on arrival.
	Rooms can be reserved from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive late, please inform the reception in advance. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days. Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability, please check with the hotel reception or click here for details.
	Discounts for children: Up to the age of 4 years, accommodation and board in parents' room on extra bed, cot, baby cot free of charge. Between 4 and 12 years old, 50% discount on the price for adult guests when sharing room with parents on extra bed. Children over 12 years are charged adult price.

Payment and cancellation conditions

If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival. In non-priority periods, payment is due on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or SZÉP and Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the account payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card). In the following priority periods, please confirm your order with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking: Easter - 03.04.2026 - 05.04.2026., 1 May weekend - 01.05.2026 - 03.05.2026, Pentecost - 22.05.2026 - 24.05.2026, Summer break - 19.06.2026 - 29.08.2026, 23 October weekend - 23.10.2026 - 26.10.2026; Christmas - 24.12.2026 - 26.12.2026., For New Year's Eve, the hotel will request the full amount of the reservation to be transferred no later than 5 days after booking. The deadline for cancellations without penalty is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival for non-priority periods, after this time the cancellation or non-arrival fee is 70% of the ordered service, but at least 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation. During peak periods, the cancellation deadline is 30 days before arrival, free of charge, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the service ordered. Our priority periods are: Easter - 03.04.2026 - 05.04.2026., May 1 weekend - 01.05.2026 - 03.05.2026, Pentecost - 22.05.2026 - 24.05.2026., Summer break - 19.06.2026 - 29.08.2026, 23 October weekend - 23.10.2026 - 26.10.2026; Christmas - 24.12.2026 - 26.12.2026., The cancellation deadline for New Year's Eve bookings is 01.11.2025, after this date the penalty is the full amount of the booking.
