Our hotel is the only hotel in Hajdúszoboszló where guests can walk directly through a closed corridor to the AQUA-PALACE indoor adventure pool, the HUNGAROSPA Spa and seasonally (between 01 May and 30 September) to the beach, without paying a separate entrance fee.

  • From 1 September 2021 , in accordance with the legislation inforce , accommodation providers in Hungary will be required to record all guests' personal data, as defined by law, through the use of a document scanner upon arrival. Accepted documents for Hungarian citizens: identity card, driving licence, passport.   • According to the Government Decree450/2023 (X. 4.), which entered into force on 02.01.2024, a non-reusable product subject to a mandatory return fee is subject to a return fee of HUF 50 per item.   • Tourist tax: 750 HUF/person/night (over 18 years)
  • Parking: 1,500 HUF in the unguarded surface car park behind the hotel, closed by a barrier, and 5,000 HUF/car/night in the unguarded garage (8 parking spaces), which is monitored by a camera and not included in the room rate. Important information: the parking gate can only be opened with the magnetic card you receive at check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step on arrival.

  • Rooms can be reserved from 14.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure. The room will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive late, please inform the reception in advance. In case of no-show, we will automatically cancel your reservation for several days.
  • Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability, please check with the hotel reception or click here for details.

Payment and cancellation conditions

  • If you order the hotel services without paying a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered at the latest on arrival.
  • In non-priority periods, payment is due on arrival on the spot (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Meastro, American Express, or SZÉP and Hunguest Hotels loyalty card in the name of the account payer, Hunguest Hotels gift card).
  • In the following priority periods, please confirm your order with a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking:
    Easter and spring break - 02.04.2026 - 11.04.2026,
    May 01 weekend - 01.05.2026 - 03.05.2026,
    Pentecost - 22.05.2026 - 24.05.2026,
    Summer holidays - 19.06.2026 - 29.08.2026,
    Autumn break and 23 October weekend - 23.10.2026 - 31.10.2026;
    Winter break and Christmas - 21.12.2026 - 30.12.2026.
  • For New Year's Eve, the hotel requests the full amount of the reservation to be transferred by 30.09.2026 at the latest.
  • Our bank account number:

  • Before transferring the money, please make sure to e-mail us the billing name and address by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@hotelaquasol.hunguesthotels.hu, to which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. The hotel prefers to issue paperless electronic invoices, so if you agree to this, please provide the e-mail address to which the invoice can be sent by the hotel.
Fizetési és lemondási feltételek
  • The deadline for cancellations without penalty is 14:00 on the 3rd day before arrival for non-priority periods, after this time the cancellation or non-arrival fee is 70% of the ordered service, but at least 1 night's room rate as stated in the confirmation.
  • During peak periods, the cancellation deadline is 14 days before arrival, free of charge, and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival after this date, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the service ordered.
    Our priority periods are:
    Easter and spring break - 02.04.2026 - 11.04.2026,
    May 01 weekend - 05.01.2026 - 03.05.2026,
    Pentecost - 22.05.2026 - 24.05.2026,
    Summer holidays - 19.06.2026 - 29.08.2026,
    Autumn break and 23 October weekend - 23.10.2026 - 31.10.2026;
    Winter break and Christmas - 21.12.2026 - 30.12.2026.
  • The cancellation deadline for New Year's Eve bookings is 15.11.2026, after which the penalty is the full amount of the booking.

  • For online payment, the payment and cancellation conditions apply according to the discount, payment method or promotion code selected.
    If the order:
    Order with 100% online payment - cannot be cancelled, or
    Order with 50% online payment - cannot be cancelled
    a penalty will be charged for any change or cancellation of the booked accommodation.
    The penalty is 50% or 100% of the amount of the deposit paid, depending on the offer chosen, from the moment of booking.

  • In the event of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be payable.

  • Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
