  • We would like to inform you that from 1 September 2021, hotels have to comply with a new legal reporting obligation. Please make sure to bring the required ID’s with you, this will be from 1 January 2023 mandatory for children as well to use our services. Further information: vizainfo.hu/en/guests
  • The amount of the tourist tax: from 01.01.2024 600 HUF/person/night (for all guests over 18 years), not included in the room rates, payable on the spot.

  • Parking: 3 EUR/car/night in the closed, unguarded surface parking lot behind the hotel, 14 EUR/car/night in the unguarded garage (8 parking spaces), which is not included in the room rate. Important information: the parking gate can only be opened with the magnetic card you receive at check-in, so please check in at the reception as the first step on arrival!

Rules and regulations of payment and cancellation:

  • Should you order hotel services without paying an advance, our hotel reserves the right to request payment for the hotel services ordered upon arrival at the latest.
  • In non-special periods payment is due on arrival (in cash, by MasterCard, VISA, American Express and/or Hunguest Hotels loyalty card).
  • In special periods (Easter, Pentecost, between 01. July – 31. August,  23. October – 03. November, 23. - 29. December) please confirm your order with 50% in advance no later than the 30th day before the date of arrival.

  • For New Year's Eve bookings, please confirm your order with a 100% full booking value by 01 October 2024 at the latest.

  • Our “EUR” bank account number: Erste Bank: (IBAN: HU06) 1160 0006 0000 0000 7765 0067 (Swift: GIBAHUHB).

  • Before the transfer, please enter the billing name and address by e-mail by clicking on the following e-mail address: rezervacio@hotelaquasol.hunguesthotels.hu, on which the advance invoice and the final invoice will be issued. Upon receipt of the down payment, the down payment invoice will be sent by post.

  • The guest may cancel or postpone their reservation in non-special periods within 3 days before arrival. If the cancellation or modification is made later, we reserve the right to ask the 70% of the cost of the reservation as a cancellation fee, or min. 1 day stay.
  • In case of special periods (Easter, Pentecost, between 01. July – 31. August, 23. October – 03. November, 23. - 29. December) booking the guest may cancel or postpone their reservation till min. 30 days before arrival.
  • If the cancellation or the modification is made later, we reserve the right to ask the 50% of the cost of the reservation as a cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation deadline for New Year's Eve reservations free of charge is 01.11.2024, after this date the penalty is the full amount of the reservation.
